Delivery Info

Our aim is to bring the widest range of special effects products for TV, Film & Theatre to the web, but sadly not all of them can be shipped by Royal Mail or our carriers. If any of the products you have chosen cannot be sent mail order this will be highlighted at the checkout – please give us a call, we may be able to deliver them on our own van or you could collect from the Quicksilver Special Effects shop.

• 1.4S & 1.4G UN0431 Products can be sent by carrier.
• 1.4G products are currently for collection only.
• Shatterglass products can be sent by carrier at the customer’s risk.
• Aerosols/flammable products cannot be sent by post.
• Orders placed after 1pm cannot be guaranteed same day despatch.
• Orders are despatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Express delivery is one to two days from the date of despatch from our premises, and not from the time the order is placed.
• An e-mail will be sent confirming that the order is being despatched. Please note that our express carriers will require a signature of receipt.
